Clinic Beau-Site

After a series of internal clarifications, planning for the renovation of operation rooms 1-3 began in December 2003. The renovation took place in two stages in order to fulfill the clinic’s requirement that at least two operation rooms remained available throughout the renovation period. The first stage began in early June 2004 and included the building of the new operation room in the forecourt area or rather under the clinic’s driveway. During the two-month shell construction phase, the main electrical lines in the clinic were modified and extended. The first stage was completed on schedule mid-October 2004. At the beginning of July 2005, the second stage commenced which included the complete renovation of the two existing operation rooms. After a ten-week construction period the overall renovation project was completed on time once again and turned over to the clinic.
