Building concept/use concept/connection concept

Considerably higher demands are placed on residential buildings than on office buildings in terms of natural light and air. In order to achieve a high quality of living, the building is divided into four individual volumes which, together, create a high quality residential courtyard flooded with light and air, and noise protected. Sales, commercial and/or service premises are possible on the ground floor and first floor depending on the market situation. The connection of the building is along the southern boundary.

Apartment typology

If one follows the present-day residential market attentively, one notices a strong trend towards unconventional, attic-type apartments. The apartment types proposed have been developed in this direction.

The themes proposed, in particular the green concept (arrangement of the plants) and the colour concept, give the building its own, unmistakeable character. Together with the flexible-use apartment concept, a modern and future-oriented “Green Park Letzi” residential symbol was created.
