Corporate management building Lindt & Sprüngli

In Kilchberg, Switzerland, at the headquarters of the Lindt&Sprüngli Group, new offices are in the making for the corporate management. The top floor of the existing office building will be dismantled and replaced by a new structure. The existing building breadth of 26 meters allows the integration of an atrium and therefore some interesting lighting on this building floor.

The offices are arranged additively around this atrium. The maximum building height allows the incorporation of a gallery tier with a roof terrace. One very exciting feature is the spatial interactions and the views of Lake Zurich with simultaneous incidence of light from the rear through the roof terrace. This creates attractive rooms with an optimal operating organization.
