Masterplan CaLo River

The Master Plan proposed for the Ca Lo River Side area near Hanoi is based on an ecological approach. Preserving and enhancing existing valuable landscape features and adding new developments only where appropriate. Keeping in mind the sustainability of the 450 hectare development only a fraction of the overall area is occupied with buildings, allowing for a generous park along the river and to the surrounding neighborhoods.

The project will be developed in several stages. The first phase consists of an 18 - hole Golf course surrounded by 300 spacious villas with shopping facilities and conference centre including a high- end hotel. A second stage will offer hospital and school facilities.

The Proposal provides superior urban planning from both an architectural, as well as an economic perspective. It allows for a wide variety of scenarios that reacts to and interacts with the current economic needs.
