Unique City Multifunctional Center

Unique, the property owner, wants to utilize the central site on Butzenbuel for a multifunctional service center. It will be located at a walking distance from the terminals, the airport railway station, the regional bus terminal and the parking garages. The building will accommodate a four-star hotel with 350 rooms, conference rooms and a dancing hall plus a fitness area, business centers, restaurants, small shops and a grand casino.

The goal of the study is to develop a sound overall concept in terms of urban development, functions, economy, ecology and architecture for this demanding site bordering on a natural preservation area.
