Our service portfolio is comprehensive. It includes a full range of services for all work stages, from strategic planning to the management of any necessary warranty work. Our activities are characterized by convincing architectural design, high quality constructional planning and professional implementation. This portfolio is complemented by services in project development and project management.

Additional specialist services are covered by competent external consultants (engineering, technical, legal, etc.). Our autonomous position allows us to appoint the consultants best suited to any given assignment. Our consultant network is continuously kept up to date and extended according to market requirements.

In general, we subdivide our services into two phases, planning and implementation.

Planning

Good planning is a prerequisite for successful implementation and the subsequent trouble-free and profitable operation of a building. In turn, prerequisites for good planning are a clear objective and a detailed description of the assignment in specifications that are binding for all parties.

Binding specifications – resulting from strategic planning or from feasibility or preliminary studies – provide the foundation for subsequent project planning and development.

Project planning is subdivided into the planning stages conceptual design, basic design, approval process, invitation to tender and detail design.

In this process information regarding constructional quality, realization, costs and deadlines is fine-tuned in accordance with the requirements of each stage. As the planning procedure progresses the level of accuracy increases, as does the cost of any planning changes.
